K-7 Parking Company is a family owned and operated business that has been in the parking business in the City of Pittsburgh since 1948.   During the period from 1992 to 2003, K-7 has more than doubled the number of locations it operates and has almost tripled the number of employees needed to professionally manage these operations.  Much of this growth is due to our relationship with hospitals and their needs for employee and visitor/patient parking.  K-7 Parking Company's goal is to continue to be a presence in the parking business for many more years.  K-7's success as a company is built on the recognition of the skills and efforts made by each employee.  Our policy is to work with all members of our team in a fair and friendly manner and to treat each team member with dignity and respect.  K-7's motto is that "We create space with a smile on our face!"  Our aim is to create extra parking spaces in a safe and efficient manner while giving the highest quality service to all of our customers.  The patrons whose vehicles we take care of are our livelihood and each is to be treated accordingly.
